WORK — PROJECt
Partnering with the communities of Acadia, Haysboro, Fairview, Kingsland, Willow Ridge and Southwood, this was a “scale out” as compared to past projects that focused on active travel at the scale of a single neighbourhood. Here we consider the “regional” and “commuter” scales to help residents get to destinations in nearby communities or to work.
Design schemes were conceptualized at the 2018 Urban Design Invitational and brought to life by the Spectacle Bureau of Architecture. Schemes are currently being shared with community members for feedback and voting at our Design Selection Kiosks.
